Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?Absolutely, our service is completely flexible meaning you can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time before we arrive. Just let our office team know by phone, email, live chat or WhatsApp and they will take care of arranging either a new date/time for your booking or a refund for any payments you have made. There are no charges to cancel or reschedule your booking with us. If we have arrived on site and you decide that you need to cancel/reschedule, there may be a call out charge applicable in this instance.
