Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?Absolutely, our service is completely flexible meaning you can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time before we arrive. Just let our office team know by phone, email, live chat or WhatsApp and they will take care of arranging either a new date/time for your booking or a refund for any payments you have made. There are no charges to cancel or reschedule your booking with us. If we have arrived on site and you decide that you need to cancel/reschedule, there may be a call out charge applicable in this instance.

Will my cleaner be on time?Yes! We pride ourselves on our punctuality and reliability. Our team are trained and focused to convenience you by ensuring they are on time, every single time. We allow a 1 hour arrival window for all bookings to provide sufficient time for the team to arrive.

Can I make a special/specific request?Absolutely, our services can be tailored to meet your needs. Let our office team know of any specific needs or requests that you have by getting in touch directly, or utilising the opportunity to leave notes during the online booking process (we read them!). The team will take care of the rest and let you know of any options where available.

Are there any extra costs?Absolutely not. Our quoted prices include all costs required to deliver an excellent clean during every visit. This means all cleaning products and materials along with the use of any household cleaning appliances are all inclusive within the quoted fixed price. All prices we provide are fixed, meaning there are no hidden or additional costs. We charge VAT on our services as a VAT registered company in the UK.

How do I pay for my booking?Payment can be made by credit or debit card, either online or by phone. If this isn't an option for you, we do also accept bank transfers as a method of payment. We do not accept cash as a form of payment.
