  • Can I make a special/specific request?

The team will take care of the rest and let you know of any options where available.
  • Are there any extra costs?
    Absolutely not. Our quoted prices include all costs required to deliver an excellent clean during every visit. This means all cleaning products and materials along with the use of any household cleaning appliances are all inclusive within the quoted fixed price. All prices we provide are fixed, meaning there are no hidden or additional costs. We charge VAT on our services as a VAT registered company in the UK.
  • How do I pay for my booking?
    Payment can be made by credit or debit card, either online or by phone. If this isn't an option for you, we do also accept bank transfers as a method of payment. We do not accept cash as a form of payment.
